Positive feedback

I am very fortunate that I was able to get some exceptional feedback from the limited research that I had the time to do just recently. I am very excited when things go well because I am so busy. I have been trying to get everything done at the same time it feels like. I have been dedicating all of my time to my Solar Air Conditioning system development and getting ready for production all the while trying to network. Not to mention the  fact that I am still having to work in order to cover my personal expenses. I would have liked nothing more than to accept earlier funding so that I would not be as overwhelmed right now but all in all I am glad that I resisted the earlier assistance. This has allowed me to be more flexible in the design and I have improved my original piece more than even I would have imagined. With that said now I am in a position  that I am going to need capital and I am very anxious to having the little bit of added security that will allow me to focus 100% of my attention to the project until its pending release of early 2010. Solar Air Conditioning system

  I have been working on getting my funding in line so that I can complete the line of Air conditioning systems and have all of the prototypes built and operational before the end of the year. There are also different options that are going to need to be configured and tested  before the option is made available to the public. I know that there are no fundamental or operational issues that need to be addressed however I am going to need to research the networking capabilities of the units so that I can come up with a simple yet safe configuration. I believe that I am going to try to have remote access and control a standard to every piece of equipment. The additional Ethernet card for the controller is only $99.00  and I believe that would be money well spent. I know that many people are going to be looking for the standout feature that is going to separate my product fro the pack and I am thinking that if I can embellish or exaggerate the automation and connectivity features that I can not only easily sell the units but I will be setting myself up for some great future sales that would. I am just very excited about the system and I can’t wait until I am able to market and sell the units. I am so excited to show the general public my work and allow them to take advantage of the sun’s power to cool their homes. I am also hopeful that things are going to go the way that I want. My ideal situation would be for me to get 250,000 for the initial funding that would take care of all of the legal, patent, and prototype costs and expenses. Once I am secure with the needed patents I am going to try to begin selling the units locally to my niche market ( high profile developments) local and state gov. buildings, school buildings and school districts as I believe that a classroom would be the ideal application for my system, and lastly push them to “green” developers or builders. There are a lot of small “green” or zero carbon communities that are developing currently and I want to have the cooling solution for all of their cooling needs. I would be able even work with their engineers in order to design something a little customized for their projects.

        Once I am able to secure some sales and turn the business into a profitable business I am going to try licensing the systems to a major manufacturer so that I would be able to continue working on developing other energy conservation and energy management solutions. I know that is where my strengths are and I don’t need to make every penny possible on these systems in order for me to become financially secure. I should be able to sell this idea for millions of dollars and I am hoping that I am going to be able to do it within one year. All that I really need is the initial funding of less than a quarter million dollar’s and I would be able to do the rest of the work. It is just very hard for an unknown guy to get any money at all. I just do not get the philosophy of our country. Some of these huge companies with millions of dollars of assets but twice the debt to asset ratio is able to go out there are get funding pretty much at will. However I am not them; when I go out there and try to get funded,even armed with an excellent idea and a bullet proof business plan I am the one that is looked at as a bad risk. It is like since I am a small company that I would not know what to do with the funding. The large company on the other hand has been given money for years and has been loosing that as fast as our genius bankers and politicians can bail them out. The very worst thing is that many times they are getting millions of dollars to make significant change but there has been non noticeable change to date.

energy management today

What is  the ideal situation for an inventor?  People say that need is the key to great ideas. If that is so I guess that I am there. I am in need. During the current conomic times I am finding it very hard to find customer’s that are willing to even consider energy management. I am not sure why currenty there are many different solutions that are cost effective and coupled with the current incentives I am surprised that there are not more people taking advantage of the oppertunities. With that said it has freed me up to remain focused on my solar air conditioning system. I was lucky enough to come across the right combonation and have developed a truly cost effective solar air conditioning system. Now the time is becoming critical. I know that it is a time sensitave product and I am hoping to have the line of units available before the next summer. That is why I am finially willing to take on investors or partners. I think that this is going to be the time for me to finially take this project out from the relative anominity and into the public’s view. That does mean that I am going to have a lot of work to do in the next few months and unless I am able to get at least some funding will be very difficult. I guess that is why I am both so excited and nervous. I have up until this point done everything by myself and that has allowed me to be as creative and demanding as I need. Now I am going to have to put on another hat and and start being responsible to other people. I know that it is what has to happen but it is what I have to do. It is a good thing for me and I know what I have to do.

Believe it or not I believe that this is the time to focus our attention to energy management and energy conservation more than ever. There are a few reasons for this, 1st there are incentive programs that are unmatched in our recent history, 2nd this economy there are plenty of contractors that are looking for work and are ready to deal, 3rd there are consultants out there that will find the shortcomings of your home so that you can address those and also give you other area’s that are the most cost effective solutions, Lastly there are solutions available now that are relatively new yet very effective and the sooner that you take advantage of these technologies the more money they are going to save you. I also am happy to notice the overall change that is finally starting to happen where energy management is being looked at from a fiscal point of view and the goal is to save money first. That is what I do when I am evaluating a property, I am always going to look at the project and try to find the area’s that are going to have the quickest payback so that my clients can begin to realize the savings. I believe that is going to be the key to the industry really taking off and the few people that are ahead of the game now are going to be in a prime position. There are just so many area’s where most of us are wasting energy that is directly converted into money. Energy management is also so important because even if solar takes off the way that I would love to see it we are still going to want to be as efficient as possible so that we are not going to have to install too many solar panels. That is a cost that is directly related to the amount of power consumed and is going to need to be controlled. My work and passion right now is solar air conditioning and I have been working on a system that is both effective and cost effective. I would love to be able to see my system in every new classroom built from this day forward and it would save the school systems millions of dollars. I Have a prototype built however I am still needing to produce others with different options so that I can apply for all of the patents needed. I think that the beauty of this system is that we can introduce the public to solar in easy to manage portions and once they see the opportunities they will be more likely to research other options. It is also a great money saving item all on its own. My belief is that the fact that my system is cost effective and affordable is going to be the key to its success and I am going to remain focused on its development. I am going to need to install about 10 units total of different styles for the data acquisition purposes before I can mass market my units and I will put these units in at cost as long as I would be allowed to gather operational data. this would save you thousands and you would be the first on your block to have a total solar air conditioner.

I am very happy to announce that it looks like I am going to recieve funding that will allow me the time and freedom to pursue my dream of finishing the Solar air conditioning system that I have been working on. I am closer than ever right now. I am at the point that all I really need is to be able to get my patent attorney to mo ve forward with the filing process. So I am anwious to hear back from the funding sourse to see if I was able to secure the funds. I am confident in the fact that this is going to be very profitable and that I was lucky enough to come up with the idea that I had before anybody else was able to make money off of it. I know that it is a great idea and that it is going to sell very well but I am also sure that as soon as I am able to get a product on the market that there are goign to be aplethera of other copycats. I am sure that any of the are going to be nothing  more than cheap copy’s or will be nothing  similar but will make similar claims. Then there are going to be the serious threats from the large manufactures that will want to try and get a peice of the market. I am just hoping that I am going to be able to get enough of a jump on the market so that I will have my little peice of the pie. That is all yet to be seen and I have no idea what is going to happen fro here. The only thing that I do know is that if I do secure the funding I will be able to change the focus of all my energy. My new focus will be 100% solar air conditioning. I think that sounds great and I am looking forward to it.
